There are no callout charges as £15.00 covers the first half hour no matter where you are in the North-East.
Our time-based pricing structure is as follows:

Whether it is a software or hardware issue our engineers will diagnose and if possible will repair the fault, if parts are required you will be informed prior to any work being done and in doing so you keep control of the costs.
